  • Yes, we offer location shoots. Travel fees may apply if the location is outside our standard service area (Tarrant County and Dallas County).

Deliverables

  • Finalized images will be in JPEG and will be delivered via an electronic link sent to your email address.

  • Typically, you will receive your images within 14 business days. If there are delays, we will inform you promptly.

  • Yes, all delivered images include professional editing and retouching.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will receive a full refund, unless the session has been rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, regardless of whether the session has been rescheduled.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to either reschedule the session without any penalty or cancel for a full refund.

  • Yes, you are granted a license for personal use of your images, including posting on social media.

  • We may use your photos for marketing, such as on our website or social media. You can opt out of this during the booking process.

  • While it’s not required, we greatly appreciate crediting Pixtor Studios when sharing our work online.

General Policies
